Tolo T89650 Review: Tolo Toys Rainbow Stackers. I bought these for my 22-month old daughter. I should have ordered these for her a long time ago, I think any baby 6 months or over would love these. They are VERY durable, heavy plastic. They are different colors with different designs on top and different shapes on the bottom.
